2. Elbows high and outside
3. Muscle snatch
4. Snatch and land
5. Hang power snatch

WOD: EMOM #1

EMOM for 10 minutes:
5/5 KB Snatch
5 Burpees

Rest 4 minutes

EMOM for 10 minutes:
15 KB Swings
10 Push-ups
