    ER: 57:10 (no thruster, 60 lb front squat)
    BP: 44:00 (no burpee thru front squat b/c of time constraints)

    The 95 degree day didn't help. No one puked but we all had to swallow a little harder a few times. WIth the heat = toughest workout yet!
