WOD "Baseline from Hell"

5 Rounds with 3 minute rest between rounds
For time:

400m run
10 pullups
20 pushups
30 situps
40 squats

Skill: kipping pullup

  1. To commemorate todays workout I have posted my FF championship trophy. There were no winners & losers at today's workout; just two winners! (note the names in the right sided image) Coincidently, the same two names in attendance today. Crossfit POC produces Champions!
