First Post - WOD 1/22/13


Cold weather workout 1/22/13
Complete all for time:
(Run = Skip down, sprint up driveway)

100 foot bear crawl
Run
15 Wall balls
Run
40 Unweighted overhead deep squat
Run
50 rope jumps (dbl under if possible)
Run
5 seconds 10 times each side - alternating sideplank
Run
40 crunches
Run

 



Bonus WOD: push-up/pushup/lunge (21-15-9 reps, lunge 50 feet)
