Split deck and complete:

Clubs power clean
Diamond push-ups
Spades kettle bell swing
Hearts sit ups

Clubs pull ups
Diamond lunge walk
Spades bar hops
Diamonds Burpee's

Kings and Aces are one 150m hill run, up and down.
