WOD: EMOM/Bear

EMOM 10:
Even: 7 Pull-ups
Odd: 10 Wall ball (20)

Bear complex:
Clean, Front Squat, OH Press, Back Squat
7 Reps, 5 Rounds, Attempt unbroken
Increasing resistance each round


Neck scraping and bear complexing go together like my fantasy football team and losing.  Wouldn't have it any other way.
