For Time:

Pine Tree Drag (50 yards uphill)
25 Lunges
20 Pullups
20 Box Jumps
30 Double Unders
20 Knees to Elbows
30 Kettlebell Swings
50 Situps
20 DB Hang Cleans (10 each arm)
20 Wall Balls
