WOD: See my breath
Complete all sections on a running clock for total time

First:

Double Unders 
10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

Then: 

3min total hold of each
6 inch leg lift
Plank
Wall sit
Pull-up bar hang

Then:

30 Burpees

    DU - unable to complete. got through 10-20-30 then couldn't string together more than 10 (8 total mins worth)
    Holds - Bar hang was hardest, wall sit without break (18 mins)
    Burpees without a break (2:47)
